Active cities Launch
Sport Ireland CEO Dr Una May, Mary Corry National Active Cities Officer, Caroline Conroy Lord Mayor of Dublin, Alan Morrin DCSWP, Louise Burke Sport Ireland, Aideen O’ Connor DCSWP, Oisin Foley Sport Ireland & Carmel O’ Callaghan Active Cities Officer Dublin city celebrating the national launch of Active cities.
This €3.4 million campaign will be rolled out in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford with the aim of encouraging all city residents to be active in their communities. Emphasis will be put on creating increased opportunities for anyone with a disability or those who are economically, socially or educationally disadvantaged to become more active.
