Forever Fit

‘Forever Fit’ is the catch-all name for all of our other activities targeting older adults which our Sport Officer Team deliver on an ongoing basis in their respective areas.

These activities focus on balance, co-ordination, mindfulness, weight resistance and maintaining a level of fitness. Examples include tai-chi, yoga, chair aerobics, dance and aqua-fit.
